After Its Bankruptcy, These 4 Senior Managers Are Facing Court Charges Over Fraud


In the year 2016, popularly known private Banking institution got bankrupt and hence had to be closed down. This follows after 3 Chase Bank directors denied extortion charges.
Three former senior ranked personnels of Chase Bank were on Thursday accused of trick to dupe the organization off Sh1.6 billion.

The Previous overseeing Executive Director Duncan Gichu; former general manager, credit, James Mwenja; and former general chief, finance , Makarios Agumbi denied the charge when they showed up before Senior principal magistrate Martha Mutuku.
This brought to four, the number of former Chase Bank managers who have been accused of misrepresentation and fraud of the financial institution.
The foundation’s former boss Mr. Zafrullah Khan was before accused of comparative offenses.
