A ruffian or a hijacker grabbed an Egyptian aircraft on Tuesday 29th March 2016 furthermore, occupied it to Cyprus, setting off a prisoner emergency at Larnaca airplane terminal on the south drift, Cypriot police said.
Egyptian common aeronautics said the criminal had debilitated to explode an explosives belt.
The ruffian reached the control tower at 8:30am (0530 GMT) and the plane was offered authorization to land at 8:50 am, Cyprus police said.
An emergency group was conveyed to the airplane terminal, the principle passage indicate for vacationers the Mediterranean resort island.
The ruffian made no quick requests and later permitted Egyptian travelers to land, Cypriot state TV reported.
The Egypt Air plane was heading from the Mediterranean seaside city of Alexandria to Cairo with 81 travelers on board when it was seized, Egyptian common aeronautics said.

Larnaca is no stranger to hostage crises. Several hijacked planes were diverted to the airport sometimes back around the years1970s and 1980s.
