Duale, Murkomen to Step Aside over the NYS Scandal/ Saga


Bomet East MP Bernard Bett has approached his United Republican Party (URP) associates who have been said in the National Youth Service (NYS) embarrassment to step aside. This relates to Aden Duale and Murkomen, over the NYS Scandal/ Saga.

Identifying with The Standard, Bett approached National Assembly Lion’s share Leader Aden Duale, Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen and Deputy President’s helper Farouk Kibet to instantly clear their names over the issue.
“It is unfortunate that a few individuals are tainting the name of the
ruling coalition and that of the Deputy President. We want those
who have been mentioned adversely to step aside so that the truth
can be known,” said Bett.

On Tuesday, in a sworn testimony previous Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru connected the three to NYS Sh791m trick.
