Rice, chicken with vegetables preparation and cooking.
Rice is one of the worlds most delicious, liked and most nutritious meal globally. Besides its carbohydrates nature, its mostly recommended for patients with intestinal and abdominal problems. On the other hand, chicken is white meat, which has nothing to do with acceleration of blood pressure or digestion problems since its lean meat when cooked well. Vegetables are a good source of vitamins and since here we are having a carbohydrate, protein and vitamins all as one on a plate, that is a fully balanced diet.
We are going to shortly demonstrate to you on how to prepare the chicken with the vegetables, a most delicious, and nutritious meal.
Boil chicken until tender,
Make sure you use averagely little water,
Fry onions, garlic/ ginger paste, saute the boiled chicken until golden brown,
Add turmeric, chicken masala and any other spice of your choice,
Then add blended/grated/chopped tomatoes cook until tender,
Boil veges for 10 minutes,
After boiling eggs, rinse in cold water,
Fry onions and saute the veges, add salt,
Dont forget to add black pepper..
Your meal is ready for serving,
You can eat with rice or any other meal of your choice.
