Huruma Building Owner to be Jailed, says Prosecutor

The indictment needs five individuals captured over the Huruma building breakdown confined for 21 days, saying on the off chance that they are discharged on safeguard they may meddle with the progressing examinations.

The five tested the prosecutor’s solicitation and the court will run on their safeguard application on Wednesday. It is after the 21-day period that the DPP will report the fitting charges to be favored against them.

The five who were charged in court are Samuel Kamau Karanja, Henry Muiruri Karanja, Chrispas Sifima Wafula, Justus Mwendwa, and Seline Anyango.
Mr Kamau and Mr Karanja are accepted to be the proprietors of the given way assembling while Mr Wafula is a worker of the National Development Power in charge of the zone where the doomed private complex is found. Mr Mwendwa is the Nairobi Region chief of arranging consistence under whose ward the broke down building falls while Ms Ogalo is the Mathare Sub-Region director.
