Kizza Besigye Arrested Again on Election day 2016

Uganda top presidential challenger Kizza Besigye was Thursday 18th February arrested on election day 2016 by police as surveys shut, his Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party said.
“Besigye has been captured and we don’t know where he is,” the FDC said, without giving further points of interest.

There was no quick police affirmation, be that as it may, Besigye has been over and again confined by police before, and is usually discharged without charge hours after the fact.
