A 38 year-old man has been accused of attacking a police officer and as well, resisting arrest.
Joel Ndungu denied that on October 14, at Ole Dume road in Kilimani area, he ambushed Constable James Chege who was executing his legal obligations. The court heard that amid the occurrence, the accused damaged a police motor bike.
He denied a charge of malevolent harm to property. Kibera chief Magistrate Benard Ochoi released him on 50,000 bond with a surety of comparable sum.
The case will be heard February 6th next year.
