Nelson Mandela Bay Ipsos Reports Indicate AN Greatly Ahead of ANC

According to news coming in, it is indicated that by the Ipsos poll in Nelson Mandela Bay Metro that opposition party Democratic Alliance (DA) is ahead  of the African National Congress (ANC) by some roughly great percentage gap.

The poll shows the DA has 14 percentage points above the ANC in the metro. But, ANC mayoral candidate in the metro, Danny Jordaan has downplayed the Ipsos poll. According to Jordaan, the poll doesn’t represent a thorough scientific survey.

Speaking to journalists after casting his vote, the mayoral candidate said the Ipsos poll lacks an accurate reflection of the reality on the ground.

“Many people that I came across, the 30,000 that were there, you ask them, not a single one was touched by the Ipsos poll. It’s not a thorough and a scientific methodology,” Jordaan asserted.
