Sweet potatoes are among the worlds most arrowroots nutritious foods on earth. In Africa, they are mostly consumed by young children who require a lot of nutrients especially during their growth stages as well as their higher appetite hence need for more food for consumption.
According to our research, Sweet potatoes are rich in dietary fiber, beta carotene, complex sugars, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and also carotene (the pink, yellow ones).
On the other hand, The Center for Science in the Public Interest, United States of America (USA), thought about the nourishing estimation of sweet potatoes to other vegetables. The sweet potato positioned number one ( very welcoming, surprising, amazing rank), when vitamins A and C, iron, calcium, protein and complex sugars were considered in the same category or list.
It is high time we take good consideration of sweet potatoes in to our diets and this should be at least twice or thrice a week.
Good luck and good health, thank us later after giving it a try.
