Stephen Kengere Manoti Biography

Stephen Kengere Manoti is the current Member of Parliament of Bobasi Constituency in Gucha, Kisii County. He is among top 10 best serving politicians in the Kenyan Government since joining politics hence his steady and perfect reputation Politically in serving the residents of his Constituency.

Mr Manoti has been a Member of Ford People Party of Kenya since the year 2013-02-08.
Stephen Kengere Manoti has been Member of the National Assembly of Parliament representing Bobasi since 10th March 2013.
Stephen Kengere Manoti was Aspirant MP of Republic of Kenya representing Bobasi between 2013-02-08 and 2013-03-04 before heading straight to office as well as a member of parliament.

In his educational up rise journey, Stephen Kengere Manoti  studied at Nyabite Primary School where he passed very well and with flying colours. This helped his manage to join Sameta Boys Secondary School where he studied successfully and finished his education in the year 1976.
Later on, he managed to get a job with Kenya’s leading and head bank, i.e Central Bank of Kenya where he worked until 1986. In 1992, he became the MP of Bobasi constituency for the first time, where he served until the year 2002. He then lost the seat after being beaten in the political race by Mr. Chris Obure, who is reported to be a distant relative as well.

Besides all, Mr. Stephen Kengere Manoti has been a Member of Departmental Committee on Public Works, Roads & Transport of the Republic of Kenya since 2013.
