Real Duties and Responsibilities
Under the immediate supervision of the Head of the Innovations the officeholder will be in charge of
Keep up a register of mVAM review respondents, distinguished by telephone number;
Send these respondents a SMS one day prior to the booked call is expected;
Place all obliged telephone calls (live calls) regulating the mVAM review;
Complete information passage under the supervision of the mVAM venture chief;
Submit clean information to mVAM venture administrator, utilizing conceded to configurations;
Build and confirm a rundown of review respondents who are qualified for impetuses toward the end of every finished overview;
present the rundown to mVAM venture administrator;
Report any specialized issues promptly to the IT/ mVAM venture administrator for brief and on the spot investigating; Perform other related obligations as needed.
Capabilities, Experience and Critical Success Factors
Fruitful finish of optional school instruction ideally supplemented by courses in a field identified with WFP programs. Least of three years’ work involvement in telex and radio operations or in an applicable field.
Involvement in the field of system operations will be an included point of interest.
Capacity to work autonomously with least of supervision.
Should be composed and mindful to points of interest, have Courtesy, respect and the capacity to work adequately with individuals of distinctive national and social foundations.
Amazing relational abilities and capacity to work synergistically with various partners.
Involvement in taking care of touchy issues with circumspection and privacy.
Should have the capacity to keep up precise/exact records .Good logical abilities and capacity to obviously integrate and present discoveries, reach down to earth determinations and to plan composed reports in a convenient way.
Experience utilizing databases and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with oral and composed correspondence in English is needed.
