Kenya’s General Elections took place onTuesday 8th August 2017 and numerous results have been announced from IEBC Bomas centre in Nairobi County. Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua has offered Wiper Hopeful Wavinya Ndeti a job in his county administration after preparatory outcomes showed he was leading in the gubernatorial race.
Issuing his triumph deliver to the citizens in general and the media at his office in Machakos town, Mutua expressed that there was no adoration lost amongst him and Ndeti.
“We will give Ndeti a job if she is interested. Sina roho ya chuki, nina mapenzi tu katika roho yangu (There is no hate in my heart…there is only love),” Alfred Mutual said.
However, the results released by and on the IEBC website show that Mutua was leading with 235,700 votes (53.27%) against Wavinya Marty who had 196,955 (44.50%) of the castes votes.
